Soya granules - 40gms
Spaghetti - 90gms
Butter - 10gms
Capsicum - 100gms
Onion - Half
Tomato - Half
Schezwan sauce - 1 spoon
Chilli sauce - 1 spoon
Salt to taste
Boil Spaghetti with some salt
Soak soya granules with some salt for mins
Take a pan and add gms butter
Saute onion and capsicum till translucent
Add tomato and salt and cook until pulpy
Add spices, I added chilli and coriander powder
Squeeze water from soya granules and add to the pan and mix well
Then add the spaghetti, schezwan and chilli sauce and mix well
Serve with schezwan sauce on the side
