30 g Wheat , 30 g Soya chunks, 5 g Ghee, 150g Skimmed milk, 200-250g Lauki
Grind the soya chunks and boil in water . Squeeze all the water by using thin tea strainer . Knead it in wheat flour . Make soft chapati . Take oil in pan and put onion / tomato for tardka . Add cut Lauki (Add / spoon of kitchen king masala for taste) . Use Skimmed milk for making curd. . Enjoy the perfect lunch / Dinner recipe
