Rawa: 70 gm
Deflated soya powder: 30 gm
Curd: 100 gm
Ghee: 10 gm
Veggies (any): 200 gm
Add deflated soya powder, rawa and curd in a bowl.
Add salt and black pepper to taste.
Mix well to prepare the batter, add a little bit of water if required (Consistency need to be on the thicker side).
Keep aside for mins, till then chop the vegetables of your choice.
Add a little bit of ghee to the non-stick pan. Spread the batter, let it cook for minutes, add vegetables on the top and then flip it to the other side and let it cook on that side too.
Soya Rawa Cheela is ready to serve.
