For the paratha Wheat flour 35gms Soya chunks flour 25 gms Salt asper taste
For the filling Boiled Potatoes 50 gms Boiled green Peas 25 gms onion 25 gms Capsicum 25 gms Tomatoes 25 gms Ghee 8 gms chilli and ginger salt and black salt asper taste chaat masala jeera powder amchur
Mix both flours and salt and knead dough . Keep aside.
) Heat ml ghee in a kadhaai, add ginger chilli paste and then add onion and capsicum and salt, and saute till soft ) Add tomatoes and saute for another minute . ) Now add the boiled green peas and mashed potatoes. ) Add all spices and mix well .
Assembling )Roll parathas from the dough and lightly cook on tawa using the remaining ghee. ) On the tawa itself , spread the vegetable mixture on paratha ,place cheese slice on it and cover with other paratha ) Cook on both sides for seconds . ) Enjoy with choice of sauce, chutney or pickle
