Soak the soya chunks in hot water, squeeze out the chunks later and grind them when cold in mixer. Alternatively, can use soya granules, measure dry, soak and strain for using. . Mix mashed paneer, soya and chickpea flour (besan) together, add curd spoon wise as required for binding. . I preferred to mix grated carrot and finely chopped capsicum, coriander, dry spices and salt as per taste. . Shape tikkis. Brush them with oil and place in airfryer at degrees for minutes. Tada, your crispy tikkis are ready to be relished! This quantity fit in perfectly in my airfryer tray.
