Soya flour 25gm
Potato boiled 100 gm
Oil 2 gms
Spinach a few leaves
Dry mango powder,chat masala,salt,red chilli powder as per taste
Soak soya flour in hot water for mins.
Once flour is fluffed up, add mashed boiled potatoes, spinach along with all the spices of your choice and make small balls/tikkis.
Pre heat airfryer at °C for mins and then grease the base.
Add the tikkis and lightly brush oil over them.
Airfry for mins at °C , flipping once in between.
Enjoy with any low calorie condiment of your choice! I used curd as it was in my macros.
