Boil rice and keep aside,blanch palak and blend it. Par boil soya chunks and drain it. Take a pan and add the olive oil,add jeera,a pinch of asafoetida and tomato and cook till oil separates.Add salt and spices as per taste(red chilli powder,coriander powder,jeera powder,chole masala/pav bhaji masala-whatever is available). Add puried palak and cook for a while then add the soya chunks after removing the excess water.Add the rice,cook for a couple fo minutes till all the spices mix with rice and soya. Soya pulao for navratri is ready!!
