Take soya chunks boil it for some time Remove excess water Take mixer bowl add soya chunks ,methi , besan, salt ,green chillies paste ,ginger garlic paste and salt ( u can add paneer in it as well ) Make nice small cutlets out of it and shallow fry it Take curd add some salt Plating -put soya methi cutlets add curd on top add some dates and imali chutney on side some sauted paneer Enjoy your healthy dahi wada
