Soya chunks- 50gm
Cabbage- 100gm
Carrot- 50gm
Capsicum- 100gm
cornflour- 30gm
black pepper powder- 1 tsp
Garlic - 10gm
All purpose flour- 10gm
salt- as per the taste
Olive oil- 10gm
onion- 10gm
Green chilly- 10gm
Soya sauce- 20gm
white vinegar- 10gm
Tomato sauce- 20gm
Soak the soya chunks in water for about minutes and then squeeze out the water from it. Grind it in the mixer and keep it aside.
In a chopper, finely chop cabbage, carrot and capsicum( retain some) adding salt and then squeeze out the excess water from this as well.
In bowl, mix the above steps mixtures and add all purpose flour ( you may use wheat flour/gram bengal flour) and cornflour and mix it well. It will form like dough
Now, make the balls out of the above formed dough. Brush the appe pan with some oil and roast this balls in it, until it becomes golden brown on both the sides. Take it in a bowl.
In a large skillet, add remaining oil and chopped garlic, let it saute until it becomes tender. Thereafter, add choppes onion and saute it as well. Add the remaining capsicum slits and saute all for a minutes.
Now, pour the sauces and vinegar and add cornflour diluted in water. Let this sauce simmer for a minute and then add the soya balls.
Add some water and cover the lid and let it simmer for - minutes.
Garnish it with spring onions! enjoy!
