soya chunks - 35g onion -50g carrot -50g Capsicum - 100g Garlic - 4 cloves Veg oil - 10g
sauces - Soya sauce - 15ml chings Schezwan sauce - 1tbsp spices - salt and black pepper as per taste
- Boil soya chunks until soft or keep them soaked in hot water for half an hour. - Dice the capsicum, onion and carrot into small squares and mince the garlic. - Now heat the pan and add vegetable oil, add garlic and saute for half a minute. - Add all your veggies and cook on mediumhigh heat for mins - Now lightly drain the soya chunks of any extra water. Make sure to not make them overly dry. - Add them to the veggies pan and cook for a minute - Take a bowl and add all your sauces in it with -tbsp of water mix well and add it to the soya and veggies in the pan. - Mix well and add salt & pepper. - Add a pinch of sugar free. - If you feel it's too dry don't be scared to add some water and cook for a minute.
Plate and garnish with Dry noodles or roasted peanuts.
