soya chunks - 50gm
Olive oil - 10gm
salt to taste and spices of your choice
optional - finely grated/ chopped green veggies, onions, chilles, cilantro
crush Soya chunks in the mixer
Mix soya with wheat floor and salt to taste
add the chopped veggies and warm water to mix it into a homogeneous dough. Adding warm water will make the Chapathi softer. leave it for min before rolling it into chapathis.
Divide this quantity into portions and roll it round. Cook each Chapathi with gm olive oil.
store it in a casserole and eat it with any curry made out of ingradients allowed in your food plan
