60 gm Soya Chunk 2 teaspoon Olive oil 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds 1 green chillies – Finely chopped 1 teaspoon ginger Finely chopped 1/4 cup onions Finely chopped 1/2 cup capsicum Finely chopped 1/4 cup Chopped tomatoes chopped 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon Chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala 1/4 teaspoon Salt to taste 1 tablespoon Finely chopped coriander – 1tbsp
Soak soya granules in hot water. Add salt while soaking to season it nicely.
