For Sauce: . Saute onions in the pan with gms oil . After onions are sauteed ,add garlic cloves , capsicum & add vinegar and cook for -min . Switch off the gas add Salt, herbs , lemon, bird eye chillis & sugar. . Cool & grind the mixture
Add Ghee in the pan (gms) , add garlic ginger paste and saute till it changes color
Coat the prawn with the Piri Piri sauce and add them to the pan. Cook them for - min on medium flame
Remove them and add some more piri piri sauce on top of them and serve them with the carbs in your diet.
