Sevai/vermicelli roasted :20gm Tip: If you dont have roasted vermicelli then dry roast vermicelli in pan till it turns golden brown and keep aside
Mixed vegetables :200gm
Oil: As per your macros
Cumin seeds
Green chillies :1-2
Salt as per taste
Turmeric powder :pinch
STEPS: Heat pan Add oil Add cumin seeds and chopped green chillies and wait till splutter Add vegetables saute till soft Add salt Add turmeric powder Saute for few seconds Now add roasted vermicelli and saute Now add water /hot water (saves cook time) as much to just submerge , if you add mire water it will take more time for water to evaporate and it makes soggy Wait till that little water absorb Keep stirring in between Once the vermicelli is soft and cooked (looks as in picture) Serve hot
