10gm maggi Pichkoo ketchup
50gm chopped veggies of choice (used red/yellow bell peppers, capscium and onion)
50gm Paneer
soya sauce few drops
salt, Pizza seasoning
4 gm olive oil
Make the dough from gm atta and make normal rotis
Take a non stick pan, add oil and once heated, add chopped veggies. Cook on medium flame for min, add salt, pizza seasoning, soya sauce and ketchup
saute on medium flame for another - min and switch off the gas
Take a roti, place half of the prepared veg mix on half side of the roti
Add grated cheese on top of the veggies and fold the other half side of the roti to cover the veggies
heat the pan again and place one side of the folded roti on it. Let it cook for - min on low flame, and turn it when the roti turns crispy. Let the other side cook on same low flame for - min..and you are done! You may add little oil in this step to get better crisp, I did not feel the need as the pan was already greased.
