in a deep pan add water n boil it
add chilli paste, soda, cumin n Carol seeds salt
now add rice flour n stir well till rice flour absorb all water
cover the simmer for to min untill flour cook completely
enjoy the khichu topped with oil n red chilli powder or pickle masala
