Milk powder- 100gm
Ghee - 10gm
Milk low fat - 500ml
Pistachio - 10gm
Cardamom seeds - 2gm
Saffron strands - a pinch
Saffron food color- a drop
Baking powder- 1tsp
Zero calorie sweetener- as per the taste
In a bowl, add milk powder, egg and ghee together and make the soft dough out of it. Divide it into small portions and make small flat discs
In a big deep skillet, bring milk to boil, then simmer it adding cardamom seeds, sweetener, saffron strands and saffron color for about minutes.
Now, add the discs to the milk and let it simmer until it enlarges to a double size. Let it cool down and refrigerate it for hour or overnight and garnish with pistachio slits and enjoy😋
