Spices: baking soda, salt, pepper powder, red chili flakes, ginger and garlic powder
Soak rajma moong for half an hour or overnight. If you want to make it quick, add tsp of baking soda to the pressure cooker and cook it for - minutes until its mushy. (Hack: when you forget soaking the lentils)
After it cools down, add this to the pot and add all spices adding water (medium consistency) and let it simmer for - minutes. Have this low calorie soup in winters to keep you with hunger pangs and helping you complete water intake.
Top with sesame seeds, sunflower seeds or pomegranate (calories not added) for that crunch 🤩
