Ingredients

50 gm Ragi Flour

50 gm Semolina /Idly Rava

50 gm Greek Yoghurt

1/4 tsp Baking Powder

Salt for taste

90-100 ml Water

Method

Step 1

In a pan dry roast semolina for - minutes.

Step 2

Combine together the roasted semolina, Ragi flour , yoghurt, salt.

Step 3

To this mix add water and make a thick batter. Now add in the baking powder and give a quick mix. Your Ragi idly batter is ready.

Step 4

Pour some water into an idly steamer/ pressure cooker and keep for heating.

Step 5

Now grease the idly plates using water this helps with easy removal of idlies. Fill the moulds with batter and steam for - mins.

Step 6

Once done switch off and let it cool for - mins. Now with help of a spoon remove the idlys to a plate. Serve with Chutney / Sambar.
