Soya granules/ chunks 10gms

Paneer 15gms

Salt, pepper, lemon

Method

Step 1

Soak channa over night and then pressure cook it. Chop onion and tomato and mix channa, soaked soya in hot water and all spices. Grate paneer on it or cut it into cubes. Its ready to eat.
