Ingredients

Paneer - 200 g

Chocolate Whey -1 scoop

Unflavored whey - 1 scoop

sugar - 30

milk powder -30

erythritol to taste ( I didn't use in this recipe)

cardemom powder -1/3 tsp

Method

Step 1

Crumble paneer using mixer/grinder

Step 2

Heat a pan and cook the crumbled paneer for a min

Step 3

add sugar, cardemom powder and milk powder. Mix well and cook for another - min

Step 4

Divide the mix into two parts- Add chocolate Whey in one part and unflavored whey in second part. Mix everything together

Step 5

tranfer into a try/plate and garnish with some chopped dry fruits

Step 6

let it at set for few min and enjoy 😊
