Ginger garlic chilli paste
Dhaniya powder

Salt
First make paste of garlic(- cloves),Ginger ( inch approx),and - chilli.
Clean the prawns .
Marinate the prawns with Ginger garlic chilli paste ,tamarind paste ,pinch of salt , turmeric powder ,lemon juice(half),chilli powder.
Keep marinated for - minutes.
Heat the oil in kadai and then add finely chopped onion and - cloves of garlic.
Wait until onion become brown .Then add little bit of ginger garlic chilly paste(half tablespoon) ,pinch of turmeric and salt , chilli powder ,dhaniya powder.Mix them well & let it cook for about min.
After add the marinated prawns and stir it untill mixed well.
Keep it cooking there for - min.(Add water according to your gravy preferance ).
Serve hot with roti or rice .
