Low fat paneer - 100g
Milk - 50ml
Chocolate whey - 1 scoop (30g)
Cocoa powder unsweetened- 5g
Peanuts - 5g (optional)
Zero calorie sweetener - as per taste
Add paneer, milk, cocoa powder, zero calorie , whey, zero calories sweetener and ml water in a mixer and grind it well until it turns creamy
Pour the mixture into the glass bowl and top it with peanuts (optional) and let it refrigerate for - hours or overnight.
Eat chill as your snack or breakfast or as a dessert. You can also avoid whey and simply use paneer and milk, cocoa powder with sweetener
