15gm Soya Chunks

Veggies (according to you taste- I have used- Spinch, Mushrooms, Onion, capsicum and jalapenos
Make base with Besan and wheat flour as we make bhakti/ roti, by kneading both the flours togethr with sm salt. Roast it over a roti pan.
When the base is ready , keep it aside.
In a seperate pan tk sm ghee, roast the veggies and finely (soaked)soya chunks till they are half cooked.. you dont need to cook capsicum and tomatos..
Let the topping cool a bit.
Make pizza by spreading the toppings on the pizza base , with sm cheese and herbs .
Grill the pizza in a microwave or on the tava by covering a bit so that cheese melts.
Serve hot.
