1tsp ginger garlic paste
100gms onion
100gms tomatoe
150gms chicken
5gms butter or oil
2 green chilles
2tsp chilly powder
1/2tsp black pepper powder
1/2 lemon juice
Add cooking oil in the pan and heat it
Add chicken and cook until then it turns litle brown
Remove chicken into a plate
Add ginger garlic paste to pan and saute for few seconds
Add onions and cook till they turn little brown
Add green chillies and salt(as per taste) and cook for a few seconds
Add Chilly powder, black pepper powder
Cover and cook for minutes on the medium heat
Add cooked chicken and tomatoes,cover & cook for minutes again
Add coriander powder, garam masala
adjust masala, salt as per taste
Add little water,mix well and cook for few minutes
Add lemon juice and fresh cilantro leaves
Simmer over medium heat for mins
