Ingredients( For 1 portion, picture shown is that of 3 portions) 150 gram Paneer 8 gram black mustard seeds soaked overnight in water 20 gram low fat yoghurt Turmeric and Green Chilli as desired Salt to taste 5 gram Mustard Oil
Blend mustard seeds with green chilli, salt, and turmeric until the paste becomes smooth. . Take out the paste in a bowl. Add yoghurt. Mix well. Mix Stevia, if you wish. . Add paneer and mix carefully so as to not break the Paneer pieces. . Add mustard oil and green chilli on top . Steam for mins max. Turn off flame. . Let it rest for another mins. Enjoy with hot steamed rice.
