ghee 10 gm
Take a bowl, mix gram flour, green chilli, hing, haldi powder, salt and little amount of corrindar. Now pour the water in the mixture till it gets the medium consistency. Now dice the paneer, and put the paneer in the mixture. Now coat the batter nicely to the diced paneer. Heat the appe pan. Put some ghee to it.now one by one you can put the coated paneer into the appe pan. let it cook from one side and then flip the side to cook it further. once they are cooked completely.
