50 gm Curd
5 gm butter

2-3 saffron strands for color
Soak rice for mins then cook with cardamons, clove, bay leaf, cinnamon.
Take Butter in non stick pan, fry paneer.
Again in same butter add onion, capsicum ginger garlic paste... cook for - mins.
Add Paneer, Boil rice , all biryani spices, rose kewra water, curd, kesar water..
Now cover the biryani pan with foil and place the pan on tava.. on a gas stove.
Now first mins dum cook paneer biryani for mins.. them on a low flame -mins..
