200 gm paneer
5 gm ghee
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
3 Green finely chopped green chilli
1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
1/2 red capsicum
100gm finely chopped tomoto
1 teaspoon kasuri methi
Finely chopped Coriander leaves
Salt to taste
Heat the Pan, add ml ghee. Then add cumin seeds.
Now add finely chopped onion and green chilli's. Let them cook until onion turns golden red.
Add teaspoon ginger garlic paste and saute.
Add / finely chopped tomoto and cook until it becomes soft.
Then add teaspoon red chilli powder, / teaspoon turmeric powder, teaspoon kasuri methi and / teaspoon garam masala. Mix and saute well.
Add / finely chopped capsicum and cook until capsicum turns soft.
Crumble paneer and add to the pan.
Mix everything well and sprinkle salt to taste again mix mixture and cover it with lid.
Add finely chopped coriander leaves and turn off gas.
Serve paneer bhurji with soyabean roti or partha.
