All purpose flour:30gms
Oats powdered:10gms
Orange juice :25ml
Baking soda :1/4 tsp
Baking powder:1/4 tsp
Orange zest: to be both used in baking and plating
Salt as per taste
Stevia as per taste
Soya milk:50ml
Dark chocolate cube :1(6gms): i have used valley chocolate here
Desiccated coconut: less than 2gms
Oil for moulds:1gms
STEPS: . Mix all the dry ingredients first . Slowly add the wet ingredients and make the smooth batter without any lumps to a thick consistency . Add some orage zest and mix well . Oil the donut moulds using brush . Pour the batter and airfry it at degrees for mins.. check if its done by piercing tooth pick if its clean its done… or else airfry it for another - mins. . Take it off airfryer and leave it on mould till it cools down . Once its cold take off from the mould carefully . Glace it with some melted dark chocolate cube , desiccated coconut, and some orage zest / as per your choice
