Paneer 50 gms

Any veggies

Oil 10gms

Salt , Pepper & Spices according to your preference

Method

Step 1

Cut the vegetables you want to add & saute in a medium flame for mins with oil. (Veggies added here are cabbage, onion, carrot, beetroot, capsicum, cauliflower).

Step 2

Stir in oats, Paneer & saute it for a minute.

Step 3

To this mixture add water followed by salt & pepper.

Step 4

Mix well & cook the mixture for mins.
