Ingredients

Besan/Chickpea flour -50gm

Spices - Salt, Red Chilli powder,Asafoetida(hing)

Water

Oil/Butter -5 gm

Veggies -Cabbage,Onion,Tomato,Capsicum.. as per your choice

2 Bread Slices

Cheese Cube (optional)-20 gm

Method

Step 1

Take Besan/Chickpea flour in a bowl, add salt,chilli powder & hing. Gradually add water to make the batter. . Chop all the veggies & keep aside. . Keep dosa tawa on low flame. . Take two bread slices & dip on both sides and quickly put these on tawa. . Sprinkle few drops of oil on topside and add veggies . . Flip the bread(still on low flame ,this time for little longer as veggies need to be cooked). . Flip it again ,add grated cheese. . Keep bread slices one above other and serve.
