Dosa batter 40gm

Onion chopped 15gm
Tomatoes chopped 15gm

5gm carrot shredded
Beat eggs with salt in a bowl.
Now in a dosa pan, add oil. once hot, add the dosa batter. Spread out well
Add the beaten egg on top of it. Once slightly cooked, add the chopped vegetables. Add grated carrot
Add salt and peri peri powder (optional)
Turn it to opposite side and cook in low flame.
Take it down the flame and add coriander leaves. you may also add grated cheese in this step. Serve hot
