Pasta: 300 gm tomato: 400 gm Oil: 45 gm Cheese Slice: 1 Paneer: 90 gm Mushroom: 400 gm Bellpaper: 200 gm Chopped Garlic Oregano Chilli Flakes Pepper Salt Sugar free Gold(a pinch)
In a pan boil Water. Once the water starts to boil Vigorously add the pasta and let it simmer for minutes. After this strain the water and add a little bit of olive oil and salt to the Pasta, Mix it lightly and keep this aside. Fry or air fry the paneer pieces slightly and keep this aside. Take gm Tomato, blend it well and keep the pure aside. Now add some oil to the pan and add some chopped Garlic and chopper green Chilli. Give it a mix and let this simmer for minutes and the tomato puree to this. Add some salt and some pepper and let this simmer for minuets in medium high flame. After this add the bell papers and let it cook for a couple of minutes. To this mix add the Mushroom, add some more salt and let this cook for a couple of minutes more. Add Oregano, Pepper and red Chilli flakes to this and let this cook for a couple of minutes more. Add the boiled pasta to this mix and let it simmer in this gravy mix for some time. Check for salt and add a pinch of sugar free, and again cook for a couple of minutes. Add some more seasoning if need be, finally check for salt and right before removing this from the stove, add a slice of cheese and let it melt and mix well for a minute.
