Red bell pepper: 2 or 150 gm
Tomatoes: 3 or 200 gm
Garlic: 3-4 cloves
Red chilli whole: 3
Olive oil: 30 gm
Rosemary, basil: As per taste
Salt: To taste
Take bell pepper, deseed them and chop it in big pieces.
Take tomatoes, dessed them and chop them big.
In a bowl add olive oil, herbs and apply it on bell pepper and tomato.
Take a baking aluminum tray and keep bell pepper and tomato on it and roast it in oven at for - minutes until they turn smokey.
Take out of oven, let it cool down, Peel off the skin of both and blitz it in grinder to smooth.
Garnish it with more herbs and serve.
