Gram flour 1/2cup
rava 1tablespoon
salt 1teaspoon
turmeric 1/2teaspoon
eno or baking powder 1teaspoon
refined oil 2 teaspoon
mustard seed 1/2teaspoon
jaggery or sugar 1 teaspoon
curry leaves 10/ 12
lemon 1/2unit
water as much neccesary
green chillies 1unit
coriander leaves optional
In a bowl mix take Gramflour, semolina,salt,turmeric and mix them properly
Add water and lemon juice.there should be no lump
rest it for min. then add eno into it mix till batter became frothy.
pour into already grease microwave safe mug and put into microwave for min on high temperature.
Demould it. now put one tempering pan on gas stove.and add mustard seed curry leaves and slit chillies
sugar,/cup water,salt,lemon juice. boil it for min on high temp
now pour that tempering over demould dhokla
serve and eat it happily ☺️
