80g idli rice,20g poha
40g urad dal,40g chana dal
½ tbsp fenugreek seeds
Salt to taste
5g oil (for brushing the appe pan)
Soak idli rice, poha, urad dal, chana dal, and fenugreek seeds for - hours.
Blend into a smooth batter and let it ferment for - hours.
Add salt to taste. Brush the appe pan with oil, pour the batter, cover with a lid, and cook.
Serve with vegetable sambar or chutney. Enjoy!
