Ingredients

Paneer,, jowar flour, oil/ghee, pices of choice and salt to taste

Wheat flour and jowar flour (any mix flour works)

Ghee/oil

Veggies- capsicum, carrots, onion

Spices such as coriander powder(dhaniya powder), cumin powder(jeera powder), red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt to taste

Method

Step 1

In a bowl, add flour/s, grate paneer and add chopped onion, veggies as per choice As water and make the mixture in a batter form(not too watery) Heat a girdle/tava and grease some oil. Pour the batter and cover it. Allow it to cook on low-medium flame for about mins Remove the lid and flip it over. Drizzle slightly with either oil/ghee and allow it to cook(without lid) Once done, itā€™s ready to be had with either green chutney and curd or sabzi of choice
