Ingredients

Boneless chicken-100 g

Bottle gourd-200 g

Any veggies-100g (beans, capsicum, carrots,broccoli etc)

Millet flour-10 g

Salt

Black pepper

Soya sauce ( optional)

Oil -5 g

Ginger garlic green chili paste

Method

Step 1

Sauté or boil marinated boneless chicken and shred it

Step 2

Boil / steam bottle gourd

Step 3

In a mixer, add - garlic cloves, half inch ginger and green chilli and grind coarsely Keep aside half paste for sautéing veggies

Step 4

In the same grinder add boiled bottle gourd and make purée

Step 5

In a pan heat g oil and add ginger garlic chilli paste , add chopped veggies & salt Sauté little, do not overcook, keep them crunchy

Step 6

Add bottle gourd purée and some water, let it boil

Step 7

Add water to millet flour and make a paste

Step 8

Add paste to boiling soup , stirring continuously Adjust soup consistency by adding water , adjust salt

Step 9

Sprinkle black pepper powder, chopped spring onion and add sauce of your choice ( optional) Enjoy!!
