whole wheat flour (aata) 100 gram
fresh Fenugreek leaves , chopped
green chilli ginger paste
turmeric powder
a pinch red chilli powder
salt
oil 1/2 tbsp
plain yogurt 2 tbsp
white makhan 10 gram
ghee 1 tbsp
. take wheat flour and add Fenugreek leaves , ginger green chilli paste , turmeric powder , chilli powder , yogurt ( tbsp) , oil and mix them well. keep adding water to make it semi solid dough
heat a non stick tawa
divide the dough into equal portions and coat them with wheat flour and make flat bread disc
apply ghee on both sides and sprinkle some wheat flour
put them on tawa and roast them from both sides apply some ghee to make them golden brown
serve it with white makkhan
