Methi Mutter Methi – 150 gm Mutter – 25 gm Other veggies – 1 small onion, ginger-garlic paste Butter/ghee – 10gm (You can take as per your macros) Cashew – 10gm, Soak them in water
Grind soaked cashew, onion, green chillis, ginger-garlic paste in grinder to smooth paste.
Add ghee to kadhai. Add the above paste to hot oil. Saute it for a couple of minutes.
Add finely chopped methi (Fenugreek) to this paste and add some water to it. Let it cook for a while until it gets a little thick.
If you have cream in your chart by any chance feel free to add at this stage. I added ml of milk just for the taste.
Add peas to the curry and some garam masala. Add salt as per your taste.
Let it cook for couple of minutes. Keep a check for consistency. Look for little thick curry consistency. Switch off the flame and add ¼ tsp of sugarfree. Voila! Super tasty Methi mutter is ready !!
