20gm Soya Granules
160ml Water
Green Peas
1/2 Onion
1 Tomato
20gm Potato
Capsicum
4gm Urad Daal
4gm Chana Daal
Coriander Leaves
Salt
Turmeric Powder ( Haldi)
Red Chilli Powder
Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
Maggi Masala (optional)
Roast Vermicelli , Urad Daal and Chana Daal in a Pan till Golden Brown
Boil ml Water in a seperate container
Add Raosted Vermicelli and Daals in Boiling Water and cook till water gets absorbed
Take gm Ghee in Pan
Add Cumin Seeds
Add Chopped Potato and Green Peas in Pan and stir till potatos get golden Brown
Add Chopped Onion and Capsicum
Add Chopped Tomato
Add Spices as per your taste ( Salt, Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder , Maggi Masala)
Then Add Cooked Vermicelli in the Pan
Now, take Soya Granules soaked in hot water for minutes
Drain Soya Granules
Add them in the Vemicelli and cook for minute
Garnish with Coriander Leaves
Serve Hot and Enjoy😃😃
