Pinch of turmeric
Black pepper
Garam masala
Ghee
Ginger garlic paste
Take curds in a bowl
Add red chilli powder, garam masala , salt , turmeric, pepper , lemon juice and ginger garlic paste and mix well
Wash and cut paneer in cubes and chop capsicum
Add paneer cubes and chopped capsicum to the bowl containing curd and masala powders and mix well with your hands
Marinate it for - minutes
In a pan add ghee and marinated paneer
Sauté well for next -mins
Ready to serve!!
