Take a small bowl of flour. .Take equal quantity of Khoa, .In a large bowl mix flour , Khoa and milk to a consistency slightly thicker than dosa batter. *add a pinch of roasted powdered saunf as well. .Take a slight deep pan , add oil and allow it to heat . . With a round spatula pour little batter into the oil to form malpuas. .Flip it to make evenly golden brown at both sides. . In another pan make sugar syrup by heating sugar and water in equal proportion . .Once the Malpuas are fried perfectly , rinse off the extra oil and put in the sugar syrup for approximately minutes. And then allow it fir cooling. . Put some crushed cardamom seeds to the sugar syrup. The very tasty Malpuas are ready for you and your family to enjoy.
