10 g Ghee
60 g Capsicum
75 g tomato
100 g onion
8-10 Garlic Whole
Paneer Masala
50 ml milk
Whole spices
Salt
Garam masala
Ginger
Thaw paneer and keep it aside
Grate onion , Tomato , Ginger separately.
Chop capsicum , onion , tomato. Peel Garlic ( I used whole ) .
In a heated pan , add ghee , put whole spices , Grated onion , Grated ginger sauté till golden brown.
Add Whole Garlic, Chopped Capsicum , onion, tomato.
Mix it well , now add grated tomato. And cook it for - mins.
Add Paneer , spices , salt , paneer masala , milk . Mix it well.
Now cover the lid , and cook it well for - mins .
Lehsuni Paneer is ready.
Serve it with rice of your choice.
