onion 2 medium size
tomato 2 medium size
garlic 7 cloves

corinder powder
haldi powder
red chilli powder

garam masala
chicken stock(optional)

green chilli(according to tolerance)
soak green moong dal overnight for best results
chop onion tomato garlic ginger green chilli finely
add the half the amount of oil given in a pressure cooker
saute onion , ginger, garlic, green chilli, tomato in the given order(half the amount given)
add haldi coriander red chilli powder n cook
add the green dal, salt and chicken stock(optional) and cook
add required amount of water and cook the dal until done
in a kadai add rest of the oil and fry the onion garlic tomato ginger chilli left
add the cooked dal
beat eggs and add
add coriander leaves chopped n kasuri methi
sprinkle some garam masala and check for salt
