Grated Pumpkin : 200 g
Almond Milk : 300 ml
Ghee : 20 g
Almonds : 5 g (chopped)
Any artificial sweetener : 5 g
Cardamom Powder : 5 g
Heat the milk on low flame till it solidifies.
In a pan, add ghee and pumpkin. Cook it covered with a lid for minutes on low flame.
Add the artificial sweetener, cardamom powder and solidified milk. Cook for minutes
Grease the vessel and place cooked the pumpkin in it. Garnish with almonds and cool it before serving.
