step : mix rawa, curd and water to make a thick batter. keep aside for mins
step : add grated carrots, spluttered mustard seeds, chopped green chilliespinch of turmeric and salt. you can add spices of your choice if you wish to.
step : add a pinch of baking soda to the batter right before cooking
step : spread the batter evenly in circular motion on a pre heated pan.cook on each side for about seconds on medium flame.
