100g grinded soya chunks/granules
100g wheat flour
5-10g Butter/Ghee/Oil as per your convenience
Grind soya chunks/granules
mix grinded soya , wheat, add some spices. I have added kasuri methi and ajwain. you can also add as per your convenience.
make dough
cook just like you make chapati/paratha
serve hot with curd or sabzi or ketchup. just make sure you count calories and adjust accordingly in your macros 🙂
