Soak halim seeds in water overnight. .Take a pan and boil milk. .Add saffron strands(optional) .Cut the almonds into fine pieces or you can grind it. .Add the almonds now to the milk and keep some for garnishing. . Add the soaked halim seeds. .stir it and cook it in slow flame. The flame should be medium/slow throughout the process. continue stiring in between. .cook till the milk is reduced to half qty. .Serve it in a desert bowl and garnish it with almonds. Do serve hot!!!
